qProxy provides residential proxy services on a pay-as-you-go basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, spam, DDoS attacks, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
4. No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We recommend testing with a small package before purchasing larger volumes.
5. No liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
